The place is fairly clean, the room is immaculate, the staff is super-friendly and extremely polite. There is a wide array of nice food for breakfast. It offers great service.

Loved every minute of being there, would recommend. The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were modern and well-stocked with amazing views. The location was favourable, for example, Gas Hall Exhibition Gallery was just a short stroll away from the venue.

New-fashioned room with drinks, very large single beds, as for instance and good hot breakfast to start the day. Approachable staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Great and fancy spot really close to Bullring max, town center, and the Tempo restaurant. Nearby The Woodman - great place to chill out.

We found everything perfect, would recommend it to anyone. Cereals and pastries were excellent and overall there was variety of food. The location of this hotel was great and easy. The airport was 15 km away.

Fairly clean, great-sized hotel with public parking nearby. Marvellous and fancy location close to great shopping area, and 15 minute walk from a landmark mall. Lovely bed, huge room, modern facilities.

The building is absolutely lovely and the rooms are well-appointed with double beds and a nice updated design plus good quality toiletries.

I loved the stay here. I booked a room with a very clean bed, iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment.

The staff was brilliantly helpful and competent, we were offered a stocked double room with city views.

Great and fancy location not very far from a Georgian baroque cathedral. Good hot breakfast choice with including cheese and tea & coffee, for instance.

We appreciated this place, it's nicely presented and absolutely stunning. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with nice touches and dairy free milk plus very large single beds and care about everyone. There is a tea and coffee making equipment, fridges, and glassware. Excellent service and the food is amazing. The location is easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Air Nightclub.

The location was marvellous, next to great shopping area, shops, and the town centre, and the public parking was an excellant bonus. Faultless and kind stuff who where always there to help. I had a comfortable experience and will be back, appreciated the city and hotel.
